GTLA AirWatch — Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 9, 2026

GTLA AirWatch (“the Service”) is a personal helicopter-activity monitoring application operated by its owner. This policy describes how the Service’s SMS alert program handles data.

Data we collect

The SMS program stores a single phone number: the owner’s own mobile number, configured by the owner. Inbound text messages sent to the Service’s number (YES/NO confirmations and short notes) are processed to update alert state and may be retained in server logs.

How data is used

The phone number is used solely to deliver helicopter-activity alerts to the owner and to validate that inbound replies come from the owner. Message content is used only to confirm, dismiss, or annotate an active alert.

Sharing

No mobile information, phone numbers, or message content is shared with, sold to, or rented to third parties or affiliates for any purpose, including marketing. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.
